#1 Your words, thoughts and beliefs create your experience moment by moment – wake up!
If you’ve spent years on personal growth, transformation, & self-analysis, what you think about, what you feel, what you imagine, & what you spend time scrolling through on socials, is going to start showing up quite quickly for you in your health, wealth and life experience. Look at your life for clues.
“You create your own reality” has never been truer and faster! FOCUS!
#2 Cultivate & Nurture Your Vibration
What daily practices do you have in place to enjoy living continuing forward?
Once you are this open, aware, and expanded, every subtle nuance, wind that blows, smell or scent that comes your way has the power to affect your vibration. Or distract you. It is not about building walls, lead-lined shields, purple light to protect yourself. It’s about, oh, how do I thrive? How do I continue to blossom with all of that going on around me? What do I love doing that feeds my soul?
It could be meditation, taking a walk, singing or listening to music. Consistently choosing nurturing, uplifting activities.
#3 How Can You Contribute to an Expansive Future?
First, admit how much you care – deeply – about people, animals, the earth. It’s why you’re here right now at this turning point.
It’s time to get real. Peace, love, allowance all come from within.
If you are still carrying ancestral patterns or past life patterns where you must save or rescue the earth, people, children, animals, whales; must pick people up and carry them over the finish line; somehow drag people, kicking and screaming, towards enlightenment or the new earth – then
it’s time to let go of all of that. You, being happy and at peace with yourself, without self-criticism is the vital thing here.
#4 Mid-life/menopause is not crisis it’s breakthrough.
My experience is from working with women and being a woman, but this may apply to men also. Our bodies were not only designed to generate vitality and youthfulness for many hundreds of years, the time we call ‘mid-life’ is for a huge opening up of energies and potentials.
What will get in the way of you taking advantage of that is all the conditioning we have about ageing, death and dying.
“If my body is doing these things that seem like ageing, what’s it trying to tell me? Am I becoming a rigid old fossil in my thoughts and habits?”
#5 Change your World View
If you no longer blamed your family, DNA, schooling, relationships, past lives, the government or karma for the situation you are currently experiencing and adopted a new world view –
“Everything is happening FOR me, not to me” – then, what I call the Universal Feedback system is giving me accurate, minute by minute information on course correction, to navigate to a happy, fulfilling life.
Commit to your health and well-being, knowing you have the awareness to know what your body requires.
